The Student Living Center will be a 36,000 sq.ft. suite-style residence hall located across from the Student Union Center. Following our Franciscan culture, this three-story complex will promote a sense of community among residents while focusing on sustainability during the construction phase. The hall will provide 92 private bedrooms in suite-style configurations of one, two, or three rooms per suite.

• Outdoor green space includes landscaping, plants and an outdoor gazebo shelter
• Exterior design will look similar to the Health and Fitness center which blends in naturally with the beautiful campus
• Variable Refrigerant Flow system, which is a high energy-efficient HVAC system that allows individual room temperature control
