The decision to attend graduate school is one that should involve careful consideration. Our staff will assist you through Graduate School Workshops, assistance with application materials, and essay critiques from faculty. It is important to begin the application process early to complete all forms and obtain application materials, information on financial aid, and information on a particular program or department.  Check below for helpful resources to get you started on your graduate school search.  Click HERE for a downloadable copy of our 2011-2012 Graduate Outcomes.

TEST Prep Materials are available in the Career Services Center.  Students may check out materials or study in the Learning Resource Center.

Credentials

You often need letters of recommendation when you apply for graduate and professional schools, internships, fellowships, or jobs. You may establish a credential file of letters of recommendation which will be permanently stored by Career Services.

A credential file is a permanent record of information in a central location for use in applying to graduate/professional school or securing employment. Letters of recommendation, a resume, co-operating teacher evaluations, certifications, and an unofficial transcript provide a solid overview of who you are and what you have done in college. Upon your request, it is sent to prospective employers and graduate schools. Guidelines and forms for setting up a credential file are available in the Career Services Center.

Credentials requests are filled within 3 working days. A small fee will be charged after 10 files have been sent. Remember to plan ahead and submit your requests well in advance of deadlines!

You may set up a credential file or submit a request by contacting our office.
