For Admitted Students

  • Congratulations on Your Admission to Quincy University!

For more than 150 years, we have welcomed students who, like you, look forward to an education grounded in the real world, who value faith and service, and who are eager to meet new people. As a Quincy student, you are beginning a new chapter in your life, filling it with learning, friendships, serving others, career aspirations, and fun.

We'll help you adjust to college life starting your first day here. Our student body is friendly and active. You'll meet people in your residence hall and in your classes. Professors will get to know you. And, you'll have opportunities to attend campus events and join student organizations. Before long, you'll be chatting with your professors in the hallway, meeting friends for lunch, and calling Quincy your "home away from home." Learn more about student life.

Have You Sent Your Enrollment Deposit?
Ensure your place in our incoming class by sending your enrollment deposit of $150. This deposit is required to enroll you at Quincy University and will be applied to your overall tuition cost. You can mail your deposit to the admissions office or pay your deposit online.

Once you have paid your enrollment deposit, you will receive the following forms:

    • Roommate Assignment Questionnaire
    • Emergency Medical Form
    • Publicity Form
    • Registration and Advisement Registration (RAP) Form

    Register for Classes
We take the worry out of registering for college classes with our Registration and Advisement Program (we call it "RAP"). Designed for new students, this daylong event will give you an opportunity to meet with your academic adviser and register for your fall semester classes. You can also take placement tests and meet with our financial aid staff to confirm your aid package. Once we receive your enrollment deposit, we'll send you a RAP registration form to reserve your place at the event.

    Save the date for RAP:
    April 12th
    June 6th
    June 20th
    June 27th
