The Quincy University Student Center (Main Dining Room) will be the venue for “A Weekend of Entertainers,” October 18-19. This weekend will provide entertainment from two different entertainers: Nick Pike will be performing Friday and Reza The Illusionist will take the stage Saturday. Both shows start at 8:30 p.m.
Nick Pike was a quarterfinalist in Season 5 of “America’s Got Talent”. Nick's one-man show is a combination of juggling, acrobatics, fast-paced comedy, audience participation, and “stunts so dangerous no one else in the world performs them”. For more than 10 years Nick has been entertaining crowds around the world.
Reza the Illusionist has been hailed as one of the nation’s top illusionists. Reza has sold out venues from New York to Los Angeles and entertained millions along the way. Expect lots of audience participation from this all-ages show.
Ticket prices are $10 per show or $15 for both. All seats are general admission. Fans can get their tickets in advance by calling 217-228-3273 or at the door while quantities last. Part of the proceeds support Quincy University.
