Vice President for Admissions and Financial Aid
Quincy University seeks an effective strategist and inspiring leader to enhance the quality and quantity of new student enrollment. The Vice President for Admissions and Financial Aid oversees the Admissions and Financial Aid staff and collaborates with other offices in planning and executing the University's undergraduate and graduate recruiting efforts. Using data-driven market analysis, the VP will formulate an aggressive recruiting strategy for freshmen, transfer, graduate and international students, as well as improving net tuition revenue. The new VP will oversee strategies for outreach to secondary and post-secondary teachers and counselors, innovative on-campus and off-campus visit programming, and effective engagement with prospective students and families. The VP reports to the President and is an integral member of the Executive Team.

Successful experience in college enrollment with direct knowledge in all areas of recruitment, territory management, marketing and financial aid
Ability to attract, mentor and inspire talented staff.
Combined ability to be highly engaging with people as well as savvy in using data for enrollment management.
Sensitivity to demographic and market trends to inform academic program development and recruitment initiatives.
Educated in financial aid leveraging, predictive modeling, net tuition revenue and pricing forecasts.
Understanding of the role of intercollegiate athletics for enrollment management at a NCAA Division II institution
Demonstrated ability to work with a dedicated and engaged board of trustees.
Superb oral and written communication skills, both one-on-one and in groups.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Transferable skills and experience from industries outside higher education will be considered.
Director of Residence Life and Community Standards
Quincy University seeks qualified applicants for the position of Director of Residence Life and Community Standards. Responsibilities include overall administration and operation of Quincy University's residential living and standards programs. Serves as a collaborative leader within the University community, helping to facilitate effective partnerships to ensure students a vibrant learning environment; manages and supervises the overall operations of a broad range of university-owned housing facilities; addresses all aspects of the living environment for on-campus residents, ensuring living facilities are clean, attractive, well-maintained, comfortable, and include safety and health features maintained by systematic operations. Oversee the adjudication of community standards violations in collaboration with other Student Affairs team members and campus judicial boards.
This is a full time 12 month live on position. Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree in education, counseling or similar subject preferred. 3-4 years of experience in a higher education setting required.
